Winter Break Homework

I know we're all ready for a break. However, we don't want our brains to atrophy too much while we're apart, so here's your English class homework. All these assignments are due the day you get back.

Your winter break homework has three parts:
1. Interview a grandparent, and write up the biography assignment I gave you awhile back.
2. Read Jane Eyre and be ready for a reading test.
3. Do one AP practice exam, timing yourself. This should take 3 hours. You will not be given a grade by me for this test, but we will be grading ourselves and looking at it in detail.

Your winter break homework:
Read 100 pages of your book review book. Write a half-page summary, and half page evaluation (what you liked and didn't like about the book, whether the characters are believable, whether the plot is interesting, etc).

Happy reading!
